Say NO to Kagan

We the undersigned call upon our US Senators to reject the nomination of Elena Kagan the the US Supreme Court, as we believe that she does NOT represent "mainstream" America.

We recognize that she:

• Led the effort to ban the US military from being able to recruit on the campus of Harvard Law School
• Opposes the current ban on open homosexuality in the military
• Has been endorsed by Planned Parenthood, the National Abortion Rights
  Action League (NARAL) and the National Organization for Women (NOW)
• Has been endorsed by the pro-gay marriage "Human Rights Campaign"
• Stated that she was "not sympathetic" towards a man who claimed his constitutional rights were violated for carrying an unlicensed pistol

We have no reason to believe she will represent mainstream thought in America, and every reason to believe she will work to move the Supreme Court farther to the left for decades to come.

We call upon our Senators to oppose her nomination and demand judges that will respect the Constitution!
